Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking a consultation or treatment with Your Little Self. By booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

• IV infusion treatments including NAD+, Curcumin, and a glutathione, Vitamin C, and Acetylcysteine blend.

All clinical treatments are carried out by a Registered Nurse and are subject to remote prescriber oversight where required. Our services are wellness-focused and do not constitute a substitute for medical diagnosis or NHS care.
3. Eligibility and Suitability
To receive treatment at Your Little Self, you must:
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Complete an honest and accurate health consultation prior to treatment
• Disclose all relevant medical history, medications, and conditions
• Inform us of any changes to your health between sessions
We reserve the right to decline treatment or discontinue a session if, in the clinical judgement of our practitioner, it is not safe or appropriate to proceed. This decision will always be made in your best interest.
4. Consultations
A consultation is required before your first treatment. This allows us to assess your suitability, discuss your goals, explain the procedure, and obtain your informed consent.
You must disclose all relevant health information honestly during consultation. Withholding information that affects your suitability for treatment may put your health at risk and may affect our liability if complications arise.
5. Informed Consent
Before any treatment begins, we will ask you to sign an informed consent form. By signing, you confirm that:
• You have been given sufficient information about the treatment, including its purpose, process, potential benefits, and risks
• You have had the opportunity to ask questions
• You understand that results are not guaranteed
• You are consenting voluntarily and without pressure
You have the right to withdraw consent and stop a treatment at any point. Please let us know immediately if you feel unwell or wish to stop during a session.
6. Booking and Appointments
6.1 How to book
Appointments can be booked via our website, email or telephone. Bookings are confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us.
6.2 Cancellations and rescheduling
We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your slot to another client.
• Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before your booking time.
• Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice: no charge
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: the full treatment fee may be charged
• No-shows (no notice given): full treatment fee may be charged
We understand that genuine emergencies happen and will always try to be reasonable. Please contact us as soon as possible if your circumstances change.
6.3 Clinic cancellations
In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer to reschedule at no extra charge. We are not liable for losses arising from a clinic-side cancellation.
7. Fees and Payment
Our current treatment fees are available on our website or on request. Prices are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed
• We accept card payments and bank transfer
• A deposit of 50% is required in order to confirm your appointment slot
• Packages and prepaid sessions are non-refundable once commenced, unless we are unable to deliver the agreed service
We reserve the right to update our pricing. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect appointments already confirmed.
8. Results and Expectations
Ozone therapy and IV infusion treatments are wellness interventions. While many clients report significant benefit, individual results vary and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
We do not make claims to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Our treatments are offered as a complement to, not a replacement for, conventional medical care. We encourage you to continue working with your GP or specialist alongside your sessions with us.
9. Health and Safety
Your safety is our priority. Please observe the following:
• Arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session
• Do not attend if you are feeling acutely unwell, have a fever, or have an active infection
• Follow any pre- and post-treatment guidance provided by your practitioner
• Contact us immediately if you experience any unexpected symptoms following treatment
In the event of a medical emergency during your visit, our practitioner will take appropriate action including calling emergency services if necessary.
10. Liability
Your Little Self takes all reasonable care to deliver treatments safely and professionally in line with our CQC registration and nursing standards.
We accept liability for:
• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law
We do not accept liability for:
• Adverse reactions arising from undisclosed health conditions or medications
• Outcomes where you have not followed pre- or post-treatment advice
• Indirect or consequential losses
